In this course, you’ll learn how to log, monitor, and diagnose application performance issues with Azure, as well as how to collect and query data using Azure Application Insights. You’ll examine how to use the JavaScript SDK to leverage Application Insights and how to enable data collection from an ASP.NET Core web site. You’ll then explore how to use the alerting function Azure Monitor to identify issues in a web app and how to monitor site availability using Application Insights. Lastly, you’ll learn the causes of transient faults and how to add code to your app to handle transient faults.
