Overview/Description

Prepare for the MS-201 Implementing a Hybrid and Secure Messaging Platform certification exam with this 19-video course. The exam tests abilities of messaging administrators to plan and implement a hybrid configuration, manage migration, secure the messaging environment, and manage organizational settings. In this course, you will learn to plan, implement, and troubleshoot issues when migrating mailboxes in a hybrid Exchange environment. Learners will then examine the configuration of migration batches and migration endpoints, and how to use the EAC (Exchange administrator center) to view the status of existing batches. Explore three options for migrating mailboxes from Exchange Server using the office 365 Import Service to migrate .pst files, and how users can import their own e-mail and contacts to Office 365. You will next learn how to add an Office 365 account to a local Outlook client, ways to migrate multiple e-mail accounts for a staged migration to Office 365, and how users can import their e-mail and contacts. Finally, you will learn migration endpoints, and features of the Remote Connectivity Analyzer.
