Overview/Description

This 23-video course continues preparing learners for the MS-201 Implementing a Hybrid and Secure Messaging Platform certification exam, which tests abilities of messaging administrators to plan and implement a hybrid configuration, manage migration, secure the messaging environment, and manage organizational settings. In this course, learners examine several built-in features of Exchange to manage and ensure message hygiene, including malware, spam filters, and quarantining. You will examine message hygiene in both Exchange Server on-premises and Exchange Online, and use the Exchange administrator center to edit the default connection filter policy. Then you will learn to configure and allow block lists, and outbound filtering. You will learn anti-spam message headers, and how to quarantine e-mail messages. Next, examine viewing quarantined messages, files and their details, and options for managing items in quarantine, and learn to configure the quarantine retention period. Finally, you will learn the ATP (advanced threat protection) capabilities in Office 365, set up and recognize different ATP anti-phishing policy options, and create a custom anti-spam policy by using the Security & Compliance Center.
