This includes not only preventing illegal harassment, but also avoiding intimidating, hostile, or otherwise uncivil behavior. You have a responsibility to model appropriate behavior in how you treat your employees and to address any instances of inappropriate conduct swiftly and appropriately. This course explains why it is important for a company to foster a respectful work environment. It also presents strategies for addressing inappropriate behavior in the workplace.
