Overview/Description
This course is designed to provide an overview of the Freedom of Information (FOI) Act 2000. It covers what the Act entails, the implications for organisations and their employees, and how employees should respond to requests for information. Examples of real-life scenarios relating to freedom of information are incorporated. This course was developed with subject matter support provided by Gordon Dadds LLP.
