This course addresses what managers, supervisors and employees need to know about age discrimination. The course includes: the kinds of behaviour that can constitute discrimination; the rights of employees who claim they have been discriminated against on the grounds of age; the responsibilities of employers when they are aware of discriminating behaviour; and good practices that employers should have for dealing with allegations of age discrimination.
