Australian organisations must abide by anti-corruption legislation. It is therefore important that you understand the basic principles of anti-corruption legislation to avoid violations and promote your employer's policy of avoiding corruption. In this course, you'll learn about anti-corruption legislation and its application to individuals and corporations. You'll also learn about the penalties that apply for violations of anti-corruption law and common situations in which bribery is likely to occur.
