Overview/Description
Harassment and discrimination can have a caustic effect on an organization's culture and lead to low employee morale, anxiety, depression, and even legal liability. This course will give an overview of the types of behaviors and actions that can constitute harassment and discrimination based on race and help you to become aware of the harms of race-based discrimination and harassment.
