Overview/Description
Successful projects are the result of successful project plans. By combining the use of Microsoft’s Office Project Professional with use of Office Project Server, a project manager has the tools to manage and oversee all aspects of project plans and deliverables. This course describes the project, scope, and schedule, risk, and staffing management plans, and how a project manager can combine the benefits of using Office Project Web Access and Office Project Server 2007 to ensure projects come to a successful conclusion. This course is one of a series in the SkillSoft learning path that covers the objectives for the Technology Specialist (TS): Microsoft Office Project Server 2007: Managing Projects 70-633 exam. Passing this exam will earn the learner the MCTS: Enterprise Project Management with Microsoft Office Project Server 2007 certification. In turn, this certification counts as a credit toward the MCITP: Microsoft Certified IT Professional: Enterprise Project Management with Microsoft Office Project Server 2007 certification.
