Overview/Description
Application compatibility is one of the most important challenges faced by administrators when deploying new operating systems. The Application Compatibility Toolkit 5.0 (ACT) allows enterprises to identify application compatibility issues when preparing for Windows Vista deployment. This course discusses the application compatibility process and common mitigation methods, demonstrates how to install and configure ACT 5, and shows how to fix application compatibility issues.
Target Audience
IT personnel with a minimum of one year of experience supporting Windows Vista and Office 2007 rollouts, and other technical professionals who wish to certify on Windows Vista and Office.
Prerequisites
a minimum of one year experience working in a Windows Vista and Microsoft Office environment
