It covers IP addressing, IP configuration settings, and name resolutions. The course also describes Windows 8 network troubleshooters and utilities, including the Network and Sharing Center's troubleshooting wizards, Windows Network Diagnostics, and the traditional series of command-line utilities. It explores how to protect your system and network using Windows Firewall, Windows Firewall with Advanced Security, Windows Defender, connection security rules, and network isolation.
