Overview/Description
This course introduces the Automatic Workload Repository, which is the infrastructure that provides services to Oracle Database components to collect, maintain, and use statistics for problem detection and self-tuning purposes. The Automatic Database Diagnostic Monitor is also discussed, and we will see how Active Session History can assist in more granular problem solving situations.
