Overview/Description
The Oracle Grid Infrastructure lays the foundation for highly available and scalable Oracle RAC systems, an important part of implementing and maintaining a stable, highly available RAC database is understanding the underlying architecture of all the components. This course introduces the Oracle Grid Infrastructure and RAC database architecture. The components that make up the Oracle Grid Infrastructure – Oracle Clusterware, Automatic Storage Management, and Oracle Cloud File System – are covered in detail and an in-depth understanding is provided of all the components and requirements of Oracle RAC.
