Overview/Description
During the Control stage of a Six Sigma DMAIC project, teams monitor and control improved processes in order to sustain continuous gains. In this course, you'll be introduced to basic control tools and documentation. You'll also learn about control plans, control charts – how they’re built and used to monitor process performance – and the importance of documentation as a tool for maintaining process control. This course is aligned to the ASQ Body of Knowledge and is designed to assist Yellow Belt candidates toward their certification and to become productive members on their Six Sigma project teams.
