Overview/Description
This course is designed for individuals aspiring to become strategically focused in their business operations and to innovate and lead change in their organizations. As organizations strive to keep abreast of a fast-changing business environment, the need for innovation increases. While some companies focus on incremental and continuous innovations, other companies have managed to create disruptive innovations, challenged existing incumbents, and created entirely new markets for their products or services.
