Overview/Description
Microsoft Windows Server 2012 builds upon features found in previous versions of Windows Server, as well as providing several new features. This course looks at Windows Server Update Services in Windows Server 2012 and how to configure the WSUS role. This course also examines automatic updates with group policies, client-side targeting, deploying WSUS updates, reviewing updates using WSUS reports, and using PowerShell to configure WSUS. Finally this course looks at migrating WSUS 3.0 SP2 to Windows Server 2012 WSUS, and using MBSA to verify WSUS Updates. Anyone preparing for the 70-411: Administering Windows Server 2012 exam would benefit from taking this course. Please note this course is based on the original Windows Server 2012 release.
