Overview/Description
Ensuring the client computers are up-to-date and running efficiently are two of the main task that an administrator must perform on an on-going basis. Windows Server 2012 R2 provides server roles and tools to make these tasks easier, which includes automation. Windows Server Update Services can be used to automate the task of deploying updates throughout the network. Performance Monitor, Data Collection Sets, Reliability Monitor, and Event Monitor are other tools to monitor the performance of the servers and clients. This course discusses and demonstrators how to use these features and tools in a Windows Server 2012 R2 environment.
