Program Overview:

PRINCE2® is recognized as an international standard for process-based project management and is the standard method for project management in the UK. It embodies many years of good practice in project management and provides a flexible and adaptable approach to suit all projects. It is a project management method designed to provide a framework covering the wide variety of disciplines and activities required within a project.

PRINCE2®:2009 Foundation Certification provides successful candidates an understanding of a structured approach to project management and foundational knowledge for managing projects within a clearly defined framework.

 

 

Target Audience:

PRINCE2®:2009 Foundation Certification is designed for project managers wishing to get certified in recognition of their skills and experience, or others who wish to train to become accredited project managers. The PRINCE2®:2009 Foundation Certification is the first of two PRINCE2® certifications required in order to become a PRINCE2® Practitioner.
