The MCTS: .NET Framework 4, Service Communication Applications certification allows individuals to show their ability to use Windows Communication Foundation 4 and the Microsoft .NET Framework 4 to create, expose, deploy, instrument, administer, and secure WCF applications.

Prerequisites:
