Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA): Universal Windows Platform

Program Overview: The MCSA: Universal Windows Platform certification validates an individual's expertise at implementing Universal Windows Platform apps that offer a compelling user experience across a wide range of Windows devices.
   
Target Audience: Developers with at least one year of experience programming essential business/application logic for various application types and platforms in C#. At least two years of experience developing Windows apps using C#, XAML, and Windows Phone technologies. Knowledge of the Model-View-ViewModel (MVVM) design pattern and Entity Framework, along with authentication technologies is ideal.
   
Vendor Prerequisites: There are no formal prerequisites.
   
Exam Requirements
(Must Pass All Exams)

Pass the following two exams to attain the MCSA: Universal Windows Platform certification:

70-483: Programming in C#

70-357: Developing Mobile Apps
