Program Overview: CompTIA Linux+ certification validates technical competency and indicates a broad awareness of Linux operating systems. Those holding CompTIA Linux+ certification demonstrate critical knowledge of installation, operation, administration and troubleshooting Linux systems.

 

   
Target Audience: The CompTIA Linux+ certification is aimed at technicians with 6 months experience of installing, operating and maintaining Linux operating systems.
   
Prerequisites: There are no formal prerequisites for the CompTIA Linux+ exam although it is recommended that candidates hold CompTIA A+ and CompTIA Network+ certifications, or have equivalent knowledge.
   
Requirements: Students must pass the following exam requirements to attain the CompTIA Linux+ credential.
