If you're responsible for managing projects, ensuring project quality meets expectations and need is paramount. Quality management involves carefully planning the process of quality control for the project life cycle. PRINCE2 is a process-based methodology for enabling best-proven practices in project management. This course covers the PRINCE2® quality, change, and progress themes. This is one of a series of courses that cover the objectives for the PRINCE2® Foundation exam (2017 update).
