Overview/Description
Projects usually happen because a customer or company has identified a need. If the need is legitimate, and the idea for meeting the need is deemed worthwhile, then a project begins. Managing projects means planning a road map from project initiation to a successful outcome. PRINCE2 is a process-based methodology for enabling best-proven practices in project management. This course covers the PRINCE2® starting up a project, directing a project, and initiating a project processes. This is one of a series of courses that cover the objectives for the PRINCE2® Foundation exam (2017 update).

All levels of employees or individuals who intend to write the PRINCE2® Foundation examination, and those who wish to acquire the skills necessary to successfully participate in a project management team using the PRINCE2® methodology
