In this course, you'll explore methods for creating workable project schedules using tools like a work breakdown structure (WBS) and methods like precedence diagramming, network diagrams, and analogous estimating. You'll also explore parametric and three-point estimating and tools for defining activities. This course will assist learners in preparing for PMI’s PMP Exam (2021 Update).
