Overview/Description
Printers come in a number of types based on the print process that they use, and are capable of carrying out print jobs locally or over a network. This course discusses the most common types of printers and how to support them. The various features and attributes of printers are presented as well as how to install a local or network printer as well as how to share a printer over the network. Finally this course discusses general printer maintenance. This course prepares the learner for CompTIA A+ exam 220-801.

Target Audience
Computer technicians who have the equivalent knowledge of at least 12 months of hands-on experience in the lab or field.
