Overview/Description
This course focuses on troubleshooting common problems, including the methodology behind troubleshooting computer problems, how to troubleshoot the most common motherboard and RAM problems, and how to troubleshoot operating system problems like failure to boot, spontaneous shutdown, and the blue screen of death (BSOD). The course also covers how to troubleshoot common hardware problems relating to CPUs, power supplies, hard disk drives and RAID. This course prepares the learner for CompTIA A+ exam 220-802.
