This course will show you how to configure your company's confluence account, to optimize your enterprise knowledge management. Topics include how to manage templates and themes, edit language and regional settings, secure your space access and permissions. Learn how the site administrator can customize the homepage, add users to the site; then define their usage options. Explore how to configure the time and language options to accommodate regional differences, set access permissions for site users and specific spaces on the site. Other topics include how to create custom templates, and customize the default topical information of a space, adapt the graphical theme of your site; colors, logo, etc, employ the audit log, view site activity, trace permissions granted, settings changed, and produce an activity report.
