Overview/Description

Microsoft Project is the gold standard for managing projects from the small to the very large. In this 6-video course, "Finding and Opening the Application," discover the Project 2019 and Project Online Desktop interface, including zoom, navigation, copying, pasting, as well as finding items. This course has been recorded in a Project Online Desktop Client environment. Learners will begin by observing how to find, open, and close the Project application, and then explore the interface to understand how it is organized, looking at the different ribbons and accessing various tools and information. You will discover how to use the zoom tool, which is an important function in a project; learn how to move between multiple documents; and learn how to copy and paste text, images, shapes, tasks, pages, or reports into a project. The course concludes by focusing on the find and replace function, useful if you need to find an item or task within a project quickly.
