Overview/Description

Explore the basics of how to create, save, and open documents in Word for Office 365. During this course you will learn how to create and modify documents. Then, explore how to use Word's templates to create documents such as reports, letters, and resumes. You will also observe several ways to save your document, including on your computer and on OneDrive. Continue by learning how to save a document as a PDF. You will learn how to organize a document's margins, orientation, choose the paper size, preview, and print a document. Learners will then observe how Word provides statistics for a document, including word count, and the number of lines or paragraphs in a document. Learn how to protect documents, and restrict editing. Finally, you will learn how to manage a document's version history, and how to recover unsaved documents.
