Overview/Description

Explore ways to customize every aspect of the Word for Office 365 application, from the interface and language, to input and save options, in this 9-video course. First, learn how to manage security preferences, connect services, and application updates from your account page. Next, you will explore Add-ins, extensions that can be installed to increase productivity, and how to install, deactivate, and delete Add-ins. Then you will examine some of Word's advanced options to modify many of the program's display settings. You will examine how to customize Word's user and input behavior, including the Mini Toolbar, and instant previews to improve your performance. When working with or switching between languages, you will learn how to access and update language settings in Word. Then learn how to adjust print options to print a document in draft form, adjust scale settings, and how to print a double-sided document. Finally, you will examine the Office ribbon, the most important element in Word, which has all the tools used when creating a document.
