Overview/Description

Being tired at work doesn't just make you less productive. Fatigue also makes errors more likely and can lead to serious or even fatal accidents, putting you and others at risk. In this course, you'll learn about the signs of fatigue and its causes, so that you'll be more aware when you're overtired. You'll also learn about the risks that fatigue can pose in the workplace, and about specific strategies you can use to help prevent fatigue.
