This course is designed to help employees who work at industrial process plants recognize potential safety and health implications associated with their job. It is intended to educate employees to help prevent or minimize the consequences of a catastrophic release of toxic, reactive, flammable, or explosive highly hazardous chemicals, or HHCs, from a process. The content in this course is designed to provide an overview of the 14 mandatory elements of the OSHA Process Safety Standard, OSHA 1910.119. This course was developed with subject matter support provided by DEKRA Process Safety – Global Experts in Safety and Process Safety.
