Given the relaxing of these restrictions, there is need to take steps to build an infrastructure that supports the safety and well-being of both employees and customers. In this course, you will learn about the employer responsibilities to ensure employee and customer safety, how to manage employees in a post-pandemic workplace, and finally, safe work practices that will be in place to help in that.
