Overview/Description
While controlling project work, the project manager is responsible for identifying variances between project performance and the project baselines and realigning project performance with the plan. During closing, the project manager will document lessons learned and ensure that project deliverables are accepted by the customer and transitioned to the customer. This course covers an overview of Agile methodologies. These methodologies are then compared with traditional project management methodologies. This course also provides a foundational knowledge base reflecting the most up-to-date project management information so you can effectively put principles to work at your own organization. This course will assist in preparing you for the CompTIA Project+ exam, and it is aligned with exam version PK0-004.

Target Audience
Candidates who possess at least 12 months of cumulative experience in leading, managing, directing, and/or participating in small-to-medium-size projects
