Next, you will delve into Waterfall versus Agile, and how Agile methodology differs from traditional waterfall project management. Discover best practices to follow when transitioning from traditional software project management to Agile/Lean, and learn how to select the best approach for a project and when not to use the Lean/Agile methodologies. The course concludes with an exercise that involves recognizing how Lean, Agile, and Scrum are applied to software development and project management and the benefits each provides.
