Overview/Description

Examine how to work with distributed Scrum teams and scale to larger Scrum projects. Discover how to transition distributed teams to use Scrum, along with best practices for distributed teams. Key concepts covered in this 14-video course include the ideal Scrum team size and advantages of having small Scrum teams; learning how to scale Scrum teams for larger projects and identify large-scale Scrum frameworks; and learning about Agile planning levels and look-ahead planning. You will explore the Scrum of Scrums meeting, roles and responsibilities of team members, and how to conduct this meeting; and learn structures that support large Agile teams that are organized into "team of teams." Next, observe the role of the Product Coordination team using the Lean Agile methodology; explore Scrum distributed teams, their structure, and their challenges; and learn best practices for managing and working with distributed teams in Agile. Finally, examine roles of Agile and Waterfall in Distributed Scrum and how to use the Agile/Waterfall Hybrid process; and learn how to effectively transition a distributed team to Scrum.
