Overview/Description

This 8-video course explores several Scrum software project development practices. Learners will see a real-world scenario on how to adopt Scrum, and how to adopt those practices into organization. You will examine project development challenges that can be overcome by adopting Scrum, and how Scrum practices can be used to improve team performance. This course examines the three major roles in Scrum projects: product owner, Scrum master, and Scrum team. You will examine a Scrum main artifact: backlogs; and the collection of all the to-do items to complete the deliverable. You will learn about Sprint iterations in Scrum, which are usually a two-week period to conduct the work. Next, you will explore sprint planning, which is used to analyze what will be worked on during the next sprint. This course demonstrates how Scrum practices can improve production management. Learn how Scrum practices improve daily Scrum meeting, and how retrospective meetings can help with process improvements. Finally, you will learn how Scrum practices can be used to improve quality.
