Overview/Description
One of the most important ways that members of a community – be it a social or work environment – reinforce the standards of conduct expected of other members is by calling out those who violate the norms of the community. You don't have to a hero - there are many ways you can defuse the situation just long enough to interrupt what's going on, and help the person being victimized get out of the situation. In this course, you'll learn some approaches you can use to intervene when you witness someone being harassed by another. This course was developed with subject matter support provided by the Potomac Law Group, PLLC.
