Participating in bribery and corrupt activities is a serious offence with serious consequences. In this course, you will learn about how Sapin Act II is applied to prevent and detect corruption, including key measures of compliance programmes aimed at preventing corruption and bribery. You'll also learn what constitutes corruption, how to respond to suspicions of corruption and the potential consequences and penalties for noncompliance. Sapin Act II applies to any company in France employing at least 500 persons in France and any company that employs at least 500 people worldwide, but whose parent company is headquartered in France.
