Communication with the public is an important part of any company’s business. While in many cases communication outside of an organization is handled by dedicated staff, there may also be opportunities for general employees to engage with the public. Employees should ensure their engagement is consistent with the company’s expectations, standards, and legal obligations, as reflected in its corporate communication policy.
