Overview/Description
Outlook for Mac 2011 includes a Contacts feature that houses easy-to-access personal information about people and businesses. You can add your own contacts and include such information as a person's e-mail address, name, phone number, and even a photo to give the contact a personal feel. You can easily import contacts from other files and applications, and export them from Outlook just as efficiently. This course explores these areas of contact management in Outlook for Mac 2011, and includes how to add contacts, contact groups, and arrange contacts.
