This course covers key considerations around the selection of projects and the methodology to apply to the selected project. It covers process elements, project benchmarking and the process inputs and outputs as well as the roles of various project stakeholders on the selected projects. This course is aligned to the ASQ Body of Knowledge and is designed to assist Green Belt candidates in achieving their certification and becoming productive members of their Six Sigma project teams.
