Overview/Description
Discover how to manage Agile software development and explore its applications. During this course, you will study topics such as the iterative development process. You'll examine various Agile feedback types and learn all about documentation requirements and best practices. From there you will build skills to monitor and communicate team progress, while learning how to identify and address challenges to effectively scale Agile projects. Next, you will see what it takes to track iterations, estimate features, schedule an Agile project, and manage Agile project risks. Finally, as an exercise, you will review how developers select tasks, balance iteration, and manage change, quantity, and risk, during development.
