This Compliance Brief addresses the issue of dealing with confrontational, aggressive people an employee may encounter in the workplace. The course describes strategies that prioritize safety and the use of de-escalation techniques to respond calmly to aggression and provocation, and outlines how and when to get away from a potentially dangerous situation.
