Overview/Description

A safe working environment is the minimum expectation for any employee. However, safety in the workplace is not just limited to what management says. All the people in an organization need to have a say in safety concerns, which means that each person practices accountability or taking on some of the safety responsibility. In this course, you will learn more about safety and accountability as well as ways to manage and maintain safety in the workplace.
