Overview/Description
This course offers an introduction to designing and implementing Windows Store Apps using JavaScript and HTML5 on the Windows 8 platform. Also included is an overview of the Windows 8 architecture and user interface functionality. Topics covered include using the Windows RunTime API to implement single page applications in Microsoft Visual Studio 2013 using the Model-View-View-Model design construct. This course is a part of the preparation materials intended to prepare an individual for Exam 70-481: Essentials of Developing Windows Store Apps Using HTML 5 and JavaScript. This exam is a requirement for the Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer (MCSD): Windows Store AppsĀ certification.
