Overview/Description
Private clouds differentiate themselves from traditional IT by being more holistic to use and manage. This is achieved through integration, and the integration product of System Center 2012 R2 is Orchestrator. This course outlines System Center integration with System Center 2012 R2 Orchestrator. It also covers problem management in System Center 2012 R2 Service Manager and custom monitoring with System Center 2012 R2 Operations Manager. This course is one of a series of courses that prepares the learner for Microsoft exam 70-246: Monitoring and Operating a Private Cloud. This exam is part of the MCSE: Private Cloud certification track.

Target Audience
This path is targeted toward Windows Server private cloud administrators using System Center for server and cloud management. Candidates for the exam should have experience with Windows Server security, high-availability, networking and fault tolerance in an enterprise environment. Candidates should also be familiar with SQL Server, PowerShell and application configuration.
