Overview/Description
The structure of costing in the cloud data center is very different from traditional IT costing. Service levels are always important in the main costing approaches. This course covers the monitoring of service levels in the private cloud through the use of service level tracking mechanisms, and widgets and dashboards. This course is one of a series of courses that prepares the learner for Microsoft exam 70-246: Monitoring and Operating a Private Cloud. This exam is part of the MCSE: Private Cloud certification track.
Target Audience
This path is targeted toward Windows Server private cloud administrators using System Center for server and cloud management. Candidates for the exam should have experience with Windows Server security, high-availability, networking and fault tolerance in an enterprise environment. Candidates should also be familiar with SQL Server, PowerShell and application configuration.
